Shipping:

If you are located outside the greater Las Cruces area and require shipping, please first contact us at (575)-247-6311 or contact@lascruceslongarm.com to talk about your project.

We’ll then email you a confirmation of your selected pattern, thread, and services along with an estimate of the cost and the Service Agreement outlining our terms. This email will contain a method to confirm the order, and once confirmed your quilt can be shipped to us and we can begin work.

A final invoice (including return shipping) will be sent when the quilting is finished. Once payment is received, we’ll mail or hand-deliver your quilt.

Additional Notes When Shipping:

You are responsible for shipping costs to us. Return shipping will be added to estimates and invoices.
We typically return quilts via UPS Ground with tracking and insurance, unless you request another carrier.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages — we recommend tracked and insured shipping for all quilts sent to us.
Typical UPS return shipping costs range from $15–$20 for crib-size quilts to $30–$40 for king-size quilts.

Terms of Service and Privacy

Full Service Agreement

By sending your quilt to Las Cruces Longarm after receiving our confirmation email, you agree to the terms outlined below:

Scope of Work: We will quilt your project to the best of our ability using your chosen pattern and thread color. We are not responsible for issues resulting from existing fabric flaws, loose seams, fullness, or distortion in the quilt top or backing. Handmade quilts may have minor imperfections, which are understood to be part of the quilting process and not defects in workmanship.
Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Las Cruces Longarm. Return shipping (with tracking and insurance) will be added to your invoice unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping for all quilts sent to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit, whether inbound or outbound.
Pricing & Payment: A confirmation email will provide your selected pattern, thread, services, estimated costs, and a Service Agreement for approval. Work will not begin until you reply to confirm. A final invoice (including return shipping) will be issued when quilting is complete. Payment in full is required before your quilt is mailed or hand-delivered.
Agreement to Terms: By confirming your order via email in response to our confirmation message, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Quilts should not be shipped until you have received and replied to our confirmation email with approval.

Information We Collect: We only collect the details you provide when contacting us (such as your name, phone number, email, and mailing address) and information related to your quilting project.
How We Use It: This information is used solely to process your order, provide updates, send invoices, and return your quilt to you.
Sharing of Information: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with outside parties except as necessary to complete your order (for example, with shipping carriers like UPS).
Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
